GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

How to Enter
1.1 To enter the Contest, entrants must:
a) Follow @novotelsgkitchener on Instagram and Novotel Singapore on Kitchener on Facebook.
b) Share the contest post on their own Instagram Story for an additional chance to win.
1.2 Entries must be posted within the contest period, which is from 15 July 2024 – 22 July 2024 at 12:00pm (UTC+8).

Selection of Winner
2.1 Staff associates of Novotel Singapore on Kitchener are not allowed to enter the giveaway.
2.2 The winner will be announced on 26 July 2024, on the Novotel Singapore on Kitchener Instagram and Facebook account.
2.3 The winner will also be notified via direct message on Instagram within 2 working days of the announcement.
2.4 The winner will have 48 hours to respond to the notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the stipulated time, the Hotel reserves the right to select a new winner.

Prize Validity
3.1 The prize letter is valid only for 6 months from the date of issuance.
3.2 Winner will be notified to collect the original copy of the prize letter from the hotel via Instagram Direct Message.
3.3 The prize is not valid on eve of public holidays, public holidays, during festive periods and black-out dates stipulated by the hotel, including but not limited to the following periods: 19 and 22 September 2024.
3.4 This prize letter is non-transferable and cannot be sold, or used in conjunction with any other special offers, vouchers, promotions and privileges. It is not exchangeable for any cash or credit equivalents.
3.5 The Hotel reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at any time.

General
4.1 The Hotel reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
4.2 The Hotel reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
4.3 The Hotel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the winner selection or any other aspect of the giveaway.
4.4 The original copy must be presented to our team at the reception, with valid proof of identification required upon check-in. Duplicate copies will not be accepted nor entertained.
